UPDATED 03-19-20   9:48am

Dear FBC Family,
In order to do our part to stop the spread of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, here are a some important updates for this Sunday and beyond, realizing we may have to make adjustments week to week:

1) Sunday and for the foreseeable future until the viral threat is abated, we will switch to a “streamingonly” Worship Service. The doors will be closed to anyone but those who are required to be here for the worship and media ministries and for the security of the building. This is in order to follow new federal guidelines and to protect those who are serving in the building on Sunday. Everyone else is invited and encouraged to participate in the Worship Service online at www.fbcfamily.org (click “live stream” on the home page) starting at 10:30 AM.

2) The Leadership Meeting (3/23) and the Congregational Meeting (3/30) will be canceled or postponed.

3) All weekly ministries and special activities (AWANA Grand Prix, Easter Egg Outreach, etc.) are cancelled.

4) Other events including Holy Communion and Easter services will have to be addressed in the future.

5) We ask you please to remember your financial giving to FBC during this time. As challenging as these times are, we will need to maintain consistent giving throughout this difficult period. You can either mail or drop off a check to the office during the week, or give online (www.fbcfamily.org/tithe).

6) Moreover, if you have any needs, no matter what they are, please do not carry those burdens alone. Please email your prayer requests to fbc@fbcfamily.org so that we can help you through those difficulties.

Remember once again that “God gave us not a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self-control.” (2 Timothy 1:7). With God’s help and your faithfulness, we will weather this storm.

Thank you all for your ongoing service. If you have any questions, concerns, or creative ideas for ministering in this interim period, please let us know.

Serving our Lord together,

Pastor Tim, for the FBC Leader
